Lift for Claude
Last updated: 15 October 2026
The Lift connector lets you ask Claude about your own training and nutrition in plain language: how your week went, what you lifted last session, how much protein you still need today. Claude reads your Lift data only after you connect your account, and only to answer what you ask.
Connect
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and find Lift in the directory, then select Connect.
- Sign in with the account you use in the Lift app (Apple or email).
- Review what Claude will be able to read and select Allow.
You need a Lift account with some workouts or meals logged. The connector works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile once it is added.
What Claude can do
The connector is read-only: Claude can look at your data but cannot add, change or delete anything in Lift.
- Week overview — workouts done, training time and volume, average calories, protein and water against your targets (shown as an interactive card).
- Workout history and details — sessions in a period, and every set (weight × reps) of a given day.
- Routines — your workout templates and when you last did each.
- Nutrition — a day's meals and macros against your targets (interactive card).
- Water — what you drank per day against your daily target.
Claude never sees your photos, body measurements or conversations with the in-app AI Coach.
Try asking
- “How did my training week go?”
- “What sets did I do on bench press last time?”
- “What have I eaten today and how much protein am I missing?”
- “Which routine haven't I done in the longest time?”
Disconnect
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Lift and select Disconnect. Claude loses access immediately. Your data in Lift is not affected.
Privacy
When you ask a question, the Lift data needed to answer it is sent to Claude, the assistant you chose, operated by Anthropic. We record only which feature was used, whether it worked and how long it took — never your data or your questions. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
