These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lift mobile application and the liftgymapp.com website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.

4. Health Disclaimer

Lift provides fitness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You assume all risk associated with physical activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lift and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app (workouts, notes, photos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email if you've joined our waitlist or created an account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
